The Arts Directory and Calendar (the "Directory") is hosted and operated by an outside entity, ERC Registry.com, which is not under the control of, nor maintained by, the Arts and Culture Commission of Contra Costa County ("AC5") nor the County of Contra Costa (the "County"). Information and content posted in the Directory are provided by third parties.

Neither AC5 nor the County is responsible for any contracts, coordination, funding, employment or hiring of the artists or organizations listed in the Directory. Groups wishing to hire any of the artists or organizations listed in the Directory should contact them directly. It is your responsibility to do background checks and to facilitate any requirements when contracting with the artist or organization.

The Directory and all materials contained in it are distributed and transmitted "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitations, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AC5 and the County are not responsible for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of, or the inability to use, the Directory and/or the materials contained in the Directory, whether such materials contained are provided by AC5, the County or a third party. AC5 and the County make no representation or warranty regarding the functionality or condition of the Directory webpage, its suitability for use, or its freedom from interruptions or errors. To the extent that you might otherwise believe that any warranties, guarantees or representations have been made to you, such statements, whether made orally or in writing, are to be construed as merely nonbinding expressions of policy rather than affirmative representations, obligations, guarantees or warranties.

The use of the Directory or any of the materials posted in the Directory is done at your own discretion and risk. AC5 and the County expect users to take responsibility for their own actions and cannot assume liability for any acts of third-parties. AC5 and the County assume no responsibility for anyone's improper or incorrect use of the content and materials posted in the Directory. If you believe that information or materials posted in the Directory violate your rights, your sole remedy shall be against the person(s) who posted the material, not against AC5 or the County.
